Group Volunteers To Make the 2nd World Elder Abuse Awareness Day a Success

We are a student group at City College of San Francisco, with that we are seeking out other organizations such as yours that are promoting Elder Abuse Awareness Day so that we might assist in producing a promotional poster and collateral materials for them.

We would not be doing any of the printing or manufacturing, but rather creating the digital files for you to then have printed or produced at your cost, from the supplier of your choice. Our work for the design would be free.

In order for you to take advantage of this offer we need a few things from you.
For the poster we need to know any details you would like to have on
it: location, date, time, event highlights, and corporate sponsor logos (Illustrator art or 300 dpi resolution image).

If you would like other collateral material designed for your event (hats, buttons, balloons, water bottles, t-shirts, etc.), please let us know the dimensions and file formats you would require. For these specifications you would need to contact the place that would be manufacturing them for you. If they require a template to be used, please send that to us as well.

Our time-line for production is fairly tight. We would need to be fully complete with the digital files of the posters by May 3rd and the collateral materials for your suppliers by May 15th. If you could get us all the information we need by next week, that would be perfect.
Thanks again. Please let me know if you have any more questions before we begin. I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
